Compensation Report April 2008

Child Advocates (CASA in Clackamas County) contracted for a compensation report as part of their GGG grant. Says Barbara Johnson, "We wanted more information for our compensation and benefits planning and asked is we could get statewide information included. Johnson HR Consulting, Inc. provided this and we are happy to share it with Oregon CASA programs. Information is for Astoria, Bend, La Grande, Medford, Newport and Portland and should be useful to everyone. Johnson HR Consulting, Inc. negotiated a very reasonable fee for this work and my only request is that they not be inundated with contacts for follow up questions. Maybe we could ask those to go through you or me. My board and I are hopeful this information will be useful for programs as they plan for the future of CASA in Oregon.
