     A draft agenda for the meeting will be released for review and comment by July 28.   The final agenda will be released by August 24.  With only a day and a half to meet, a significant portion of these sessions will be devoted to furthering our work on the Strategic Plan and conducting Network business.  If you’d like to suggest other agenda items, the Executive Committee will be happy to consider them.

     In this tough economic climate, we hope that most people will be able to limit their hotel stay to 1 night by using Thursday morning and late Friday afternoon to travel.  If you are traveling more than 70 miles from your workplace, up to $75.90 (including tax)/night is reimbursable for up to two nights for a room with one King bed or 2 Queen beds at the Comfort Inn & Suites (see contact information, above) or at for lodging at another hotel of your choice, if you are participating in both the Thursday and Friday sessions.  Sept. 13 is the Reservation Deadline for you to make your reservation at this guaranteed rate. You may extend the number of nights at the same rate. After Sept. 13 the rate will be honored if rooms are available.

     At the Comfort Inn and Suites, check in time is 3pm and check out time is noon. The complimentary continental breakfast is served from 6:30-9:30am and pool hours (outdoor, heated) are 8am-10pm. There is free WiFi throughout the Hotel.
